RTO Results’ founder, Mike Wallace, has 20 years’ experience in leading and managing RTOs as a General Manager and CEO.
Mike’s experience includes:• Strategic planning and business restructure• Managing multiple sites across jurisdictions• International engagement• Implementing business systems and new technologies• Establishing policies and procedures• Achieving state and territory government funding• Successfully applying for business grants• Writing and winning tenders

Mike has led RTO’s and teams in multiple achievements, including:• Winner of Queensland Training Provider of the Year• Winner of industry engagement awards• Establishing a business and training centres in India• Established e-learning development company in Australia• Implementation of e-learning systems and products• Developing and accrediting the first Vocational Graduate Certificate and Diploma courses in Queensland• Developing University articulation partnerships
Mike Wallace MBA(Adv) MEd
Mike moved to Australia in 2003 as an international student, studying MBA Advanced at Griffith University. Prior to this Mike was a professionally qualified Member of the Institute of Risk Management in the UK, providing risk management consultancy services to Housing Associations, which included training services to support their implementation. Mike built on this training experience while completing his MBA, completing the Certificate IV qualification and training international business students part-time.
This experience led Mike to enter the RTO industry upon graduating his MBA. Mike then completed his Master of Education with QUT in 2010, further enhancing his VET knowledge and capabilities, including the development of work-based training programs. These qualifications have provided Mike a sound platform to develop his career and build upon this through further experience, which he is able to share with his clients.
